City Hall
The City Hall, in the centre of Bradford, is the final destination on the Bradford Peregrine Trail and has held resident Peregrines for many years now. The pair have only infrequently had breeding success but we hope to improve on that with the nestbox we have installed at the very top of the clock tower. The current female has a standard BTO metal ring on right tarsus, the male is unringed.
In January 2026 the City Hall male started visiting the nestbox and scrape making, but the female has yet to venture in.

Where to watch
The Peregrines will perch on any face of the clock tower but one of our favourite viewing locations where the birds can often be seen with binoculars or a telescope is from Centenary Square near Nandos. The birds also like to perch on the old library building next to the Media Museum.
